| As the ENGINEER you are responsible for aiding the squad leader as the primary resource for problem solving. Additionally, you are the ASSISTANT SQUAD LEADER. During the exercise you will be faced with many challenges. Some of these challenges will be physical and you will need to consult with the team to overcome these “problems.” Some of these challenges will be mental or logic challenges. You will be the “go-to” person for these operations. When not being used as a problem/logic solution advisor, you may be asked to be the “pack mule” for the team. You will also be responsible for working with the other members of your group (COMMUNICATOR, SCOUT, COMPASS, NAVIGATOR, PACER AND SQUAD LEADER) during all operations and tasks. You will be responsible for selecting from a collection of equipment, the most important gear for you and your team to carry. |
